The Merlin 2000S ventilation interlock system is designed for commercial kitchens to comply with BS6173, specifically for kitchens without flame failure devices on appliances, where gas proving is necessary.
The system serves as an interlock between the ventilation system and the gas solenoid valve, and is compatible with current monitors and air pressure differential switches, allowing it to interlock with up to 4 fans.
