Delivery Information

We are pleased to offer a free tracked courier delivery service for orders over £200. For orders under this value, your delivery cost will be calculated at checkout.

Next Day Delivery 

Wherever possible, we will process orders placed before 3pm, (subject to stock), on a next working day delivery service. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days of receiving your order.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day subject to stock. 

UK delivery 

Carriage is not calculated for EU and Non-EU countries as delivery is only available to UK locations for non-account customers and orders via this website.

Keeping you informed 

We will endeavour to notify you if we are unable to dispatch your order within our usual timeframe and you will have the option to cancel your order. 

Delivery dispatch timescales are given in good faith and every effort will be made to meet estimated arrival dates. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any costs or damages incurred by late/failed deliveries.

Lost/damaged parcels 

We hope your products reach you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, sometimes packages can be damaged in transit. Please check the condition of your parcels on arrival and report any discrepancies to us within seven days. 

Claims for damage or non-functionality must be made within seven working days of receipt of the goods.

You will be responsible for the goods once delivery is made, or delayed by you at delivery.
