HF5-A Base Drum Heater

The base drum heater is designed to melt or reduce the viscosity of soaps, fats, waxes, varnishes, and oil-based products. Its universal diameter allows it to be used with drums of all sizes, up to 45 gallons (200 litres). Equipped with a 900W silicone rubber insulated heater mat, it ensures even heat distribution across the drum base. For faster heating or solid materials requiring higher power, it can be used alongside side drum heaters or paired with a thermally insulated jacket for improved efficiency.
