The IBC Heater Jacket is designed to heat products stored in 1000-litre intermediate bulk containers (IBCs). Ideal for frost prevention, melting solids, and maintaining temperature, it helps reduce the viscosity of fats, oils, foodstuffs, and chemicals. Widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food processing, and manufacturing industries, it provides controlled, safe electrical surface heating.

Made from water-resistant, flame-retardant polyester, the jacket features a silicone-insulated heating element stitched into the fabric, with thermally efficient E-glass fibre insulation for effective heat distribution. A tinned copper earth braid enhances safety.

An optional insulated lid (included with the three-heating-element version) ensures optimal temperature maintenance. The adjustable thermostat allows precise temperature control.

ATEX jackets are available on request.
