Monnit ALTA IoT Gateway provides a secure, plug-and-play solution for remote monitoring using 4G LTE CAT-M1/NB2 cellular technology—ideal for locations without wired internet. Simply power it up, insert a compatible SIM (LTE-M, NB-IoT, or Vodafone 4G), and connect to the iMonnit cloud platform.
It supports up to 100 ALTA wireless sensors with an exceptional wireless range of 1,200+ feet (even through 12+ walls), built-in 60-hour battery backup, and optional location tracking via GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, or QZSS. The gateway features robust Encrypt-RF security (256-bit Diffie-Hellman + AES-128), local status LEDs, and memory for up to 32,000 sensor messages (sensor-dependent).
The commercial version includes an RJ-45 Ethernet port for local configuration. OTA updates keep your system future-ready with no PC required.
